With a 17-year corporate career behind him, Russell is well positioned to provide high-level, lead-generating B2B communications. Russell studied accounting, finance, and management through Level IV of the Certified Management Accountants (CMA) of Ontario during his corporate career. He has been involved in internet marketing since 2004 adding his copywriting credentials in 2007 through American Writers and Artists (AWAI).
Russell launched Richer Communications in 2007 and has completed hundreds of copywriting projects for satisfied clients in several countries. He believes in a collaborative approach for improved results. He believes the client will always know their clients, prospects, leads, and industry better than he. He sees his role as extracting the client’s knowledge and communicating it in a compelling manner, of taking their technical know-how and breaking it down into communicable, response-driven B2B copy.
Due to his extensive business experience, Russ specializes in B2B copywriting. His mission is to assist companies to leverage their on- and offline intellectual assets towards generating increased business.

Freelance Copywriter and Director of Business Development - Transportation
Don Richer is a 30-year freight industry sales and operations veteran serving Canada, United States, and internationally. Don's transportation career focused on International Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage. He became a Licensed Customs Broker in 1980 and was Certified with the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (Honours) in 1986. He founded, owned, and operated Saturn International Transportation Inc. for three years.
Don has traveled extensively promoting transportation services for his respective employers. In addition to Canada and the United States, he has conducted sales calls in the UK, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and Australia. Some of the more prominent clients Don was able to secure throughout his career include The Gap, Tetra Pak Canada, Champion Spark Plug, and Alpine Electronics.
He has wide range of transportation experience including trans-border services, import and export, NVOCCs, local carriers, ocean, air, and truck freight - both TL and LTL, as well as consulting with his clients on supply chain management.
Don has more than 20 years experience writing sales proposals directed toward business owners, CEOs, and CFOs, as well as management personnel in purchasing, procurement, and logistics. He has been a freelance writer since 2011 and is actively studying B2B copywriting. His copywriting has been accepted by numerous transportation companies and includes writing e-lessons on a variety of logistical topics.
Don has served on International Trade Committee for the Markham Board of Trade conducting seminars and performed teaching duties for its members.
